In addition to the 2023 release of Playstation VR2, the company released a virtual reality headset in 2016. This headset has gradually been made public.

The headset takes advantage of the playstation 5 graphics and adds a whole new set of features after four games. It also works with the playstation 5, which is already very difficult to purchase. In essence, it amounts to the headset that I would have adored in 2016 with a few extra features.

Remember that the PlayStation VR2 is not an independent headset, thus anyone who has used the Oculus Quest Metaquest where you can move around freely without a tether will need to tether it to the Playstation 5 via a USB-C wire.

It looks quite lifelike, has gorgeous lighting effects, and is much more similar to the kind of content you'd play on a gaming computer. When you play these games, it gives the impression that feedback waves similar to those in the actual world are gently vibrating into your skull. It would be like to when you sense a train approaching and then all of a sudden start to sense it rattling.
